Inspection, Testing, & Maintenance

A hallmark aspect of St. Cloud Fire Equipment is the outstanding service we provide after the sale and the installation. Our inspection methods are second to none; we feel inspection is just as important as the proper selection and installation of any fire protection product. As a business owner you do not want to wait for an emergency to realize that your fire suppression system needs repair. We service equipment we have installed and in addition, equipment sold or installed by others.

St. Cloud Fire Equipment provides inspection annually or semi-annually for those products that need it. As our client, you will not have to worry about forgetting your fire protection inspections. We monitor each account and will contact you when your system is due for inspection. We never show up unannounced. If we happen to find any maintenance issues during inspection, our professional service technicians will explain your options and costs before moving forward with the repair. St. Cloud Fire Equipment offers emergency 24 hour emergency service and free estimates with every project.

Maintenance of Ansul, Amerex and PyroChem systems must be performed by a factory trained and certified technician employed by an authorized distributor. St. Cloud Fire Equipment falls into this category and we provide maintenance on:

St. Cloud Fire Equipment will come to your business with all of the necessary equipment for the demonstration. An experienced member of our staff will first provide a 10-15 minute “classroom” type presentation before performing the actual live demonstration. The live demonstration provides everyone with the experience of feeling the heat from a large, yet controlled, fire. It also allows everyone to have the opportunity to use a fire extinguisher to put out the fire.
